I did the Chelsea-Dexter Community Read Program (called Neighbors Read) this past Saturday at the Dexter Library. It went better than I thought it would - and I was thinking it would go well to begin with.

The program consisted of an interview/talk followed by a Q&A session. More people showed up than I would have thought; 157 in person (17 via Zoom) with standing room only at the back of the auditorium.

Michelle Tuplin (owner of Serendipity Books in Chelsea) "interviewed" me. We had worked on the questions together so there weren't any surprising questions. Then about 45 minutes of Q&A. Then another 45 minutes of book signing. The event went about 45 minutes over the scheduled time. In addition to selling more books the Wolf-Moose Foundation also got around $500 in donations. So all good, a pleasing day.
